Catering

Jacksonville Jaguars luxury suites can be catered in advance by pre-ordering from the Jaguars suite menu. The menu includes a wide range of food and beverage options provided by Delaware North Sportservice. Catering is not included in the cost of the suite and it's optional to add on.

Parking and Transportation

The Jacksonville Jaguars have 10+ parking lots in close vicinity. Jaguars suite VIP parking passes are valid for in Lots D, J, M, and N. Parking lots open 3 hours prior to kick-off. Rideshare pick-up points are located on each side of the stadium; Parker Street (East) and Lot V (West).

Club Access

Jacksonville Jaguars suite ticket holders have access to two main stadium clubs at TIAA Bank Field; the East Club and the West Club located on their respective sides of the stadium near midfield. These spaces features full-service cash bars and upgraded food options and plenty of lounge seating.

Dress Code

There is no dress code when attending a Jacksonville Jaguars game in a suite. Corporate groups typically dress in business casual attire; however, it is more common to see suite guests in casual clothing or Jaguars-branded apparel. Jaguars luxury suites are climate-controlled (with windows shut).

Venue Bag Policy

TIAA Bank Field adheres to the NFL's standard Clear Bag Policy. All guests including those with a Jaguars luxury suite ticket must bring personal items in clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags that do not exceed 12"x6"x12." Guests can purchase clear bags at Gate 2 and Gate 3.

Entrances

Jaguars luxury box ticket holders can enter TIAA Bank Field through VIP Entrances. The Jaguars suite entrances are located at the East Club Lobby and the West Club Lobby. Club Entrances open 2 hours prior to kick-off. To access the Jags suite concourses, guests will take elevators or an escalator.

Child Ticket Policy

Every person, regardless of age, is required to have a valid ticket to enter TIAA Bank Field. For children under 34 inches tall, a “lap pass ticket” can be obtained (free of cost) at the stadium by visiting the Ticket Office (located between Gates 2 and 3). This applies to Jaguars suite guests also.

Despite a disappointing end to the 2023 season, there’s reason for excitement in Jacksonville. After reaching the playoffs in 2022 and winning a postseason game that year, the Jags are set up for success thanks to a long-term contract extension for quarterback Trevor Lawrence. Skill position players Travis Etienne Jr., Christian Kirk, and Evan Engram all return, and wide receiver Gabe Davis was acquired after a successful run in Buffalo. Josh Allen and Travon Walker anchor a strong defense at the linebacker position, and head coach Doug Peterson brings a track record of success and stability to the role.
