Catering

In-suite catering is available to purchase for all suites at TIAA Bank Field. The catering menu includes a wide range of food and beverage options provided by Delaware North Sportservice. Catering is not included in the cost of the suite, so be sure to allocate additional budget.

Parking and Transportation

TIAA Bank Field has 10+ parking lots in close vicinity. VIP parking passes are valid for in Lots D, J, M, and N. Parking lots open 4 hours prior to kick-off. Rideshare pick-up points are located on each side of the stadium; Parker Street (East) and Lot V (West).

Safety and Well-being

TIAA Bank Field has implemented a number of social distancing guidelines to help keep guests safe at Jaguars home games and other events happening at TIAA Bank Field. All guests are required to wear a face covering and seating throughout the stadium will be at a limited capacity to allow for six feet of distance between guests.

Budget

TIAA Bank Field suite rentals vary in cost by event. Jacksonville Jaguars (NFL) football suites typically cost between $7,000-$16,000 depending on team performance and opponent. Suites for the annual Florida-Georgia NCAAF game cost around $10,000. Suite prices for third-party events like AMA Supercross or Monster Jam range from $3,000-$8,000.

Club Access

There are two main stadium clubs at TIAA Bank Field; the East Club and the West Club located on their respective sides of the stadium near midfield. These spaces features full-service cash bars and upgraded food options and plenty of lounge seating.

Dress Code

There is no dress code at TIAA Bank Field. Corporate groups are typically dressed in business casual attire; however, it is more common to see suite patrons in casual clothing or team-branded apparel. Suite levels are climate-controlled (with windows shut). Wall-mounted fans keep your suite cool when the retractable glass windows are open.

Venue Bag Policy

TIAA Bank Field adheres to the NFL's standard Clear Bag Policy. All patrons must bring personal items in clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags that do not exceed 12"x6"x12. A bag check service is provided by the stadium and located at Gate 1.

Entrances

VIP Entrances are located at the East Club Lobby and the West Club Lobby. Club Entrances open 2 hours prior to kick-off. To access the suite concourses, guests will take elevators or an escalator from the club lobby to the suite concourse.

Child Ticket Policy

Every person, regardless of age, is required to have a valid ticket to enter TIAA Bank Field. For children under 34 inches tall, a “lap pass ticket” can be obtained (free of cost) at the stadium by visiting the Ticket Office (located between Gates 2 and 3).
