Catering
Stock a Padres suite with your favorite food and drinks in advance to the game. Not all San Diego Padres suites will include catering. For those that don't, Padres suite guests will pre-order off the suite menu. On average, most people spend around $90 per person on in-suite catering at Petco Park.
Parking and Transportation
San Diego Padres luxury suites will often include VIP parking passes. The Petco Park suite and VIP lots include the Lexus Premier Lot on Imperial Avenue, the Padres Parkade(located on 10th and J Street) and the Tailgate Lot(located on K Street). Ride-share is also available nearby the ballpark.
Budget
San Diego Padres luxury suites cost between $3,500-$6,000 on average. Padres suites vary in price depending on the opponent, day of the week and size. Some Padres suites come inclusive of catering while others won't. So, factor in catering costs in advance as that charge won't occur until game day.
Dress Code
There is no formal dress code for being in a San Diego Padres suite. It's best to dress comfortable. Many Padres suite guests will be wearing their favorite Padres fan gear. Corporate groups are typically dressed in business casual attire. Suites will have coat closets for storage.
Venue Bag Policy
Soft-sided bags that measure 16" x 16" x 8" or smaller are permitted into Petco Park. All bags and containers are subject to inspection by security prior to entering the ballpark. This applies to all guests including those with a San Diego Padres suite ticket. No outside food or drinks allowed.
Entrances
Petco Park gates open 90 minutes prior to first pitch. There are 2 designated San Diego Padres luxury suite entrances: Home Plate Gate and Park Boulevard Gate(first base next to Main Box Office). Padres suite ticket holders can access the ballpark via any gate including the Lexus Home Plate Club.
Child Ticket Policy
Children under 36” tall do not require a separate ticket to enter the stadium. All children taller than that will need a ticket even if a parent is in a Padres suite. Padres luxury suites provide a private space for families entertaining with small children. Strollers are permitted at Petco Park.

San Diego’s disappointing 2023 shouldn’t affect expectations for this season. The Padres are here and ready to compete at the highest level. Despite trading Juan Soto, San Diego uses talent across its roster. An offensive core of Manny Machado, Fernando Tatis Jr., and Xander Bogaerts isn’t something to take lightly. Infielders Jake Cronenworth and Ha-seong Kim are other options that round out the lineup. And on the mound, the Padres added Dylan Cease and Michael King, among others. San Diego shouldn’t be taken lightly in 2024.
Petco Park has plenty to offer for luxury seating. The Cutwater Agave Club, which debuts in 2024, is field-facing and has a private bar and restrooms, access to a lounge, fully cushioned seats, semi-inclusive food and beverage, and more. Areas like the Blue Shield Home Plate Club and Gallagher Chairman’s Club are other options. Both provide an... Read more
