Order Confirmation

Following your purchase, you will receive a detailed confirmation email from our Customer Service team–yes, a real person!

Ticket Delivery

All tickets are digital. Your customer service representative will handle the ticket transfer and guide you on using the correct mobile app for your event. You can easily manage and distribute your tickets from your phone or computer.

Food and Beverage Orders

After your purchase, we'll help you pre-order food and drinks for your event. On average, groups spend around $100-$125 per person in the group for a full food spread with alcohol. In-suite catering is optional—you can spend as little or as much as you like, with no minimum required. Catering expenses are separate from the suite cost and will be billed on the day of the event. Please note, outside food and drinks are not permitted.
