The Doobie Brothers were originally formed in San Jose, California and began their career performing at venues all across Northern California. After generating some popularity among fans The Doobie Brothers signed a record deal with Warner Bros. Records in 1970 and released their fist self-titled debut album in 1971.

Career Achievements

The Doobie Brothers have released 14 studio albums since the bands inception in 1970 and have played and toured at venues all across the world. The Doobie Brothers were inducted into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame in 2004 and are to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on November 7, 2020.
