Ok, the suite was in a perfect location. The food and drink for the suite is totally not explained at all and misleading. We had no drinks and food in our suite, we had to leave and go to the club . Our communication did not make this clear at all.
We loved everything about our experience. Every request was handled timely and with the utmost care. We appreciated the hospitality of every staff member that we interacted with and our suite chaperone was absolutely phenomenal.
The suite was a nice experience. It was really nice and our attendant was available at all times. The food however was hard to keep warm under the heating lamps that were being used. The whole Intuit Dome app was also a nightmare unfortunately.

Great seats, food, and venue, and the Warriors won! What I liked the least was the timing of the tickets. I only received them about 7 days before the event. I don't understand if I pay months ahead why I have to wait so long for the tickets.
The suite attendant was dull. I’ve rented a few suites in the past. To say the least, suite attendants need to be more professional for the amount of money being spent. Like a waiter at a premiere steak house.
How we were able to easily book the suite the most. The least was that food and beverage was extra and also the specific suite I booked was also on a competitor website too so I got worried someone else would book it

The seat location was great. The process of checking into club level 150 was a confusing nightmare. It took about 30 minutes to find the correct location. We asked ten different people for directions and received nine different directions

The suite was clean and presentable, well-lit, with a clean bathroom. The downside was trying to find the entrance to the luxury suites, but once we got there, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.
It was easy to get the suite and tickets. We weren't told about field passes until after they were no longer honored (this was likely our reps fault, not yours though) so we missed that. Everything else was 10/10!
