What to Expect After Purchasing

Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.

Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.

Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.

Additional Barclays Center Information

Catering

In-suite catering is available to purchase for all Barclays Center suites. Suite catering is provided by Levy Restaurants. The 6-page menu features food/drink options served in packages or a la carte. Catering is not included in the cost of the suite, so be sure to allocate additional budget.

Parking and Transportation

Parking is extremely limited at Barclays Center. Guests are encouraged to use public transportation or rideshare services. The Barclays Center is easily accessible via 9 subway lines and the LIRR. The rideshare pick-up/drop-off point is at Atlantic Avenue near the VIP Entrance.

Budget

The cost for a luxury suite rental at Barclays Center will depend on the event. Suites for Brooklyn Nets (NBA) and New York Islanders (NHL) home games cost, on average, between $2,500-$6,000. Pricing depends on opponent and day of the week and is subject to change based on availability and demand. Concert suite rental costs vary by performer.

Club Access

Suite ticket holders have full access to the Club Level Concourse including the 40/40 Club and the TicketsNow Club and the Infor Lounge. Click below for more details on each club space.

Dress Code

There is no strict dress code when attending a Brooklyn Nets game in a suite. If it's corporate event, most guests will be in business casual attire but it's always best to ask your suite host in advance. Otherwise, most Brooklyn Nets suite guests will be in Nets fan gear or in casual clothing.

Venue Bag Policy

Backpacks and bags larger than 14”x14”x6” are strictly prohibited at the Barclays Center. This applies to all guests including Brooklyn Nets suite ticket holders. Small, soft-sided bags including diaper bags, drawstring bags and purses are permitted pending search. Laptops are permitted as well.

Entrances

The designated premium entrance at Barclays Center is the Calvin Klein VIP Entrance (located at Northwest corner of the venue on Atlantic Avenue). The Calvin Klein VIP Entrance opens 90 minutes prior to the start time. All other gates open 1 hour prior to start time.

Child Ticket Policy

Children under 34" tall do not require a separate ticket for admission to the Barclays Center. Suites can provide a private, safe environment for groups and families entertaining with younger children. Strollers are permitted on suite level and in the suites.

The location of the suite was perfect. The amount of room within the suite, the TV’s and the comfort of the seats as well as the view from the seats was awesome. The private in suite restroom is always appreciated. The server/attendant for the suite was just ok. The food items ordered were good not great. I was hoping the suite would have a little more air flow/air conditioning as it was a hot and muggy day. When we left the suite door open a little more cool air did seem to flow.

EVERY aspect of our suite experience was marvelous. It started with our Suite Attendant- Steve Casper. Steve did a fantastic job of tending to our every need. He was wonderful. We had five (5) kids ages 3-12 and he really made them feel welcomed and comfortable. The suite was very clean and the food was great!

Overall we enjoyed it, though the price is a bit steep when adding on guests for no added benefit (+1 parking pass or something / anything?) The seating was sufficient and cleanliness was great. Being all first time suite guests, I do wish the Host would have explained a few things we didnt notice until we were leaving like the phone to request service and additional remotes to control other equipment that we werent aware we could use. We just waited on the Host to return to ask for additional items which was a tad slow along with delivery of the add-on drinks. Otherwise it was a fun experience.

Most-decor, comfortable seating inside and out, private bathroom and server, food and drinks, surprise visit from Mike Bordick, air conditioning, big screen TV, kitchen amenities, fireworks. Least-nothing! It was fantastic. The only thing that would’ve made it even better is a filtered drinking faucet at the sink.

What I liked most: - The show itself with the Rolling Stones was great - The food quality was great - The suite was very clean What I did not like: - The parking attendant at SoFi insisted on collecting $100 cash from us to park our oversized vehicle - The suite was exceptionally difficult to find, because after asking several SoFi employees, nobody knew where section 7E was on the map - The catering order was delivered in batches and we only received the last half of the order 3 hours after arriving in the suite - There are not enough attendants on the premises serving the suites -- it is cumbersome to order additional drinks during the show - The traffic leaving SoFi was very bad

What a great suite - P17!! From the entry all the way to the suite - the staff on site was so helpful and friendly. Upon entering they helped me scan in 24 clients, then a women sang to my group while we were waiting for the elevator up to the suite. The hostess who helped us in the suite was so friendly we had someone that was Vegan and we didn't have enough food options so she was super helpful in securing some additional food items for our client. The suite was clean and bright. Even though there wasn't a bathroom in the suite it was right across the hall for easy access. The venue had outside lockers for those of us women who brought bags/laptops and purses which was super easy to use, the attendants were very helpful and knowledgeable making it easy to secure one before and after the game. Overall the whole experience was a positive one! I definitely recommend the KIA Center for company activation's.

Our particular suite was, in my opinion, an incredible location for viewing an NBA game, with excellent views. The ticket transfer process was smooth and provided well before our event date. What a surreal experience! We were spoiled upon arrival and throughout the game. Our server Tara was friendly, positive and attentive. I appreciated her offer of taking our group's picture. Awesome seats, and delicious food for all tastes. Mr. Ascencio, Manager of Premium Sales, took the time to introduce himself, and later I was given a tour of the field level. Class all around!

It was a great experience overall! We hadn't ever been in a suite before and it was organized, clean, great view, etc. Communication onsite was also easy. The only things that could have been improved were: - the supplies - we only had 3 cups in the suite when we arrived so had to request more - the ice machine was pretty frozen up so it was hard to use

Initially after purchase, I was a little unsure how and when I'd receive the tickets and parking passes. I waited about a week and then sent an email asking. Shortly after the email, I got my questions answered (digitally, through an app) and received the tickets. On the day of the event, the tickets worked fine and the suite was exactly as described. Our experience with SEG was really tremendous. The communication from SEG's team was top notch and they quickly answered any questions we had along the way. The only MINOR complaint was that the catering menu for Spectrum Center was maybe a smidge outdated, as they didn't have some of the items we'd initially wanted and the prices were a little higher than originally listed. However, that is nitpicking. It was terrific all the way around and we'll certainly look to use SEG again, both for personal use and for entertaining clients of my business.

It was hard to see where exactly we are supposed to park and then once we did find it our spot was already taken by a different car and we didn't want to get a ticket by parking somewhere else in the suite holder area. We love the SEG group! I love that I can see suite packages and availability quickly through the website. When I go directly through a stadium, there is always a long wait and back and forth. Everything was just perfect from booking online to ordering catering to last minute tickets. Service was excellent, food was hot, fresh, and on time, drinks were cold. This is the most luxurious way to watch a game or see a show, for sure. These are the nicest suites of all the local venues.

Fun experience. The food was good; the service was so-so. We saw our waiter one time. The Desert cart never came by the suite. I don't like the that the service tip is automatically added, because I would not have given that much of a tip. I saw my credit card was charged, but I never got an electronic itemized receipt. I need it for accounting. Price was reasonable for a 10 person suite.

I enjoyed the turnkey nature of the process. I admit going into the event, I had my reservations. The ease of accessing tickets, all follow-up from the SEG team was extremely EXTREMLY timely, and my customers were very happy with the experience. All the food and drinks were ready and available as well. The fact I could book such a high-end event with such ease was the most impressive part to me. I wouldn't say I disliked anything about the event. Rather a question on the edikit of the tipping for the final receipt would be helpful. I was confused what to tip since there was a service fee included. Typically, I would assume 20% if this was a meal, but with the service fee I didn't know if that included the attendant or not? Plus, while the attendant was helpful, I wasn't sure 20% was really appropriate. So just some help on guardrails of the tip would be helpful for 1st timers. TY

We had quite a bit of leftovers. Would suggest the short ribs were served in a way that was easier to eat. Perhaps to be sliced for easier serving? The items that were not very popular were the CA Wedge, Roasted Cauliflower & the popcorn & peanuts. We had asked for containers but were told that due to covid they couldn't provide any. Anything (maybe foil) or rubber bands so we could have put 2 paper plates together as a container, would have been helpful. Everyone's favorite were the Pretzels and Cheese and Poke Nachos.

This year our family decided to splurge and get a suite for the Christmas day Warriors game. My niece found your company/website. We've never done something like this and now we're glad we did. The suite location (center court) was amazing. A great venue for our families Christmas day. The website and correspondence was straight forward. Given I have never worked with SEG, I was pleased with the suite being what I thought it would be, especially when I was the one fronting the $$$ on behalf of our entire family. More importantly, they all had an exceptional time. Something they will never forget. The correspondence was great as we worked through putting this date together. The experience and customer service was top notch. No issues in that department. What I liked the least about renting this suite, which has nothing to do with you all but I figure I let you know for future reference. We rented the suite for personal reasons, mainly so my dad could have a good experience being that he is a disabled veteran and needs room to be comfortable. The issue I had were the fans below us banging on the walls and would not stop when we asked. For someone with a war background(ptsd) it kind of sounded like bombs going off because the sound just echoed in the suite. For people paying that much money for the suite experience should not be subjected to that. We couldnt fully enjoy the game. That should be one of the things not allowed because it makes for a bad experience.

The 100% digital tickets did not work well, in fact I was unable to park in my assigned spot in the garage because the ticket I presented was not accepted and I was told I cant hold up traffic! Things went really smoothly. However, a part of that is because I used it before. Everyone was super nice and answered questions, but I would have loved a time line upfront, like X days before the event you will get tickets, by X days before the event you need to submit the food order. I was a bit stressed about that my first time. Also, I had one day to plan and send details for catering. I feel that could be sent earlier with a reminder a couple days before it's due. Luckily, I remembered what we got last time, but it still felt like a tight turnaround.

Our customers loved the premium suite and the atmosphere at the SoFi stadium. The stadium did a good job with the other logistics (connectivity to the TV screen, transporting gifts to the suite prior to the same, scheduling an onsite visit to test connectivity etc.). Hannah from SEG was always prompt & responsive and extremely helpful throughout the process (from the initial booking to the coordination with the stadium & other follow-ups). The part that we didn't like (more about the stadium/suite) was that there was no partition between the suite & the stadium seating which meant we weren't able to make the presentation to our customers that we wanted to. The traffic arrangements (again stadium related) could've been better (but then this was LA).

I was blown away by how responsive your entire staff was - I asked several questions over many weeks as I planned this surprise for my husband's 65th birthday. Every, single time I emailed, I received a response within an hour! Even late at night! Awesome experience partnering with you guys. I had come across the SEG website several times in the past but never pulled the trigger. I definitely plan to work with you guys again in the future. The only constructive feedback I have for you is the SRO situation. When I work directly with a team/arena/stadium, I have the ability of purchasing SROs up until a couple hours before tipoff. This would have come in handy as we had a lot of demand for this game, but given that the SROs were so pricey, i didn't want to buy them all upfront without knowing if we could yet fill them. Second, the suite had "Welcome Rodan + Fields!" on the TVs - I had asked them to either change the channel or turn of the tvs (since we are K1, not Rodan + Fields), and it took them a bit longer than what would have been ideal.

Receiving Suite tickets, add'l seat tickets and parking passes from various sources and then having to send back out to Clients that don't always have the Ticketmaster or Sixer app got a little messy, but doable.

I liked that it was easy to select a suite and pretty simple to select the food and drinks I wanted. The service in the suite was really good too. I didn't like that I get the run around each time about getting the physical tickets when I know they are available. I always bring my customers who are older and aren't the up to speed with the new technology of getting tickets. Luckily have asking enough times I received the physical tickets.

What I liked the most: separate entrance for suite holder tickets, attendant (Krystal) was amazing, customer service of the stadium staff - in particular the suite staff, fully stocked suite What I liked the least: ticket seats labeled 1-16 but actual seats were labeled 1-4 (each row had seats numbered as 1-4 making it difficult for people to understand their assigned seats), suite location was higher up than expected, food was good but not as good as anticipated

We loved everything about working through Suite Exchange and about the experience at the game. First class, professional and an amazing experience. The theater box dining area is like a 5 star restaurant. My guests were so impressed. And it just kept getting better. Valerie, our waitress, kept us on schedule with appetizers, beverages, dinner, snacks and desserts. It was just amazing. I would highly recommend this to anyone having the opportunity to work with Suite Exchange. It was well worth the price for our special occasion. It will be hard to watch a Warriors game any other way.

We love SEG!! Brian is always so helpful and a great partner to figuring out what is best for our customers and Hannah is a DREAM - such quick response and helpful! The only thing I'd love more of us is ticket access (Masters, Indy 500, etc) - the more we can get VIP tickets when a suite isn't what we need for the experience the better! A nice to have would be some way to put our company name on the suite - because we rent existing suites it sometimes can get confusing for our guests.

-the service was amazing and staff the whole time planning was super responsive and helpful -it was hard to find the suite. A map ahead of time with directions to get there would be helpful to send guests. Same with options for parking or walking in. -there were so many food options it was hard to decide! I guess it's a good problem but a “best sellers” or “most eaten” list would be helpful. For instance the ciabatta sandwich barely got touched.

The quick responses were huge for me. Brian and Hannah communicated quickly and the transactions were quick and easy. Not a big deal but my least favorite part of the transaction was that when getting the parking passes transferred I wasn't able to secure the VIP lot pass for black car service which my group and I always take. I was able to reach out to my contact with the Raiders/Allegiant Stadium and get a VIP lot pass added to my account so it worked out but I think a great addition to your service would be to have that added by the actual leaseholder when transferring their parking passes. They can receive those from the stadium. Regular parking passes don't allow black car service to enter so if you don't have that you technically have to get dropped off on the street instead of being allowed into the lot. This is how it is at Allegiant Stadium and may not be the policy at other stadiums.

I only use Suite Experience Group to book suites at my favorite venue Angels Stadium. This last purchase was my second with them and it was fabulous. I took my family to see an Angels vs. Mariners game on June 5 in the dugout suites. [...] it was amazing experience and once in a lifetime really (plus it scored well with my Facebook friends) [...] The dugout suite private bathroom was a hit though! SEG's Hannah was so incredibly helpful. I booked the suite online and was contacted by her less than an hour later with details. The tickets were electronically sent to me and became visible in the MLB app on my phone. That same app is what was used to gain entrance to the facility, dugout suites area, and the actual suite. Hannah made all the food reservations for me and everything went flawless. Later this summer, I will book my third Angels suite with this company as a company picnic for my office staff. And it will be booked through SEG.

I loved the fact that there was shelter from any type of weather. I loved the view of the field / game from the suite and from the outside seating. I loved the personal bathroom and the fact that I had access to electrical sockets / sink / fridge. The suite experience allowed my toddler to join and have the ability to roam instead of remaining seated. What I liked the least was not having access to close the suite door from the outside.

The suite was AWESOME! Our hostess Denise was was sweet and helpful. Only thing I was recommend is that the food come up hotter. The fries were cold. Even though there was a light warmer it didn't help. I would suggest a heated cart to transport the food in and possibly pizza thermal bags to keep it hot.

Once we booked the suite, we were put in touch with Hannah who was wonderful to work with. She took care of all of our needs from tickets to food service, etc. Wonderful experience. The suite was lovely and spacious and food service was great, although expensive. My least favorite part of the experience was the cost of the suite for personal use. With the Red Wings doing so poorly, I thought the suite would be a lesser cost.

Most - Service was great! Our server was really good. Prompt and attentive. Guests loved it. Seemed to have a really good time. Least - the bathrooms were not prepared for our guests. There was limited toilet tissue and hand towles. No Kleenex, and the lady said it was up to the suite owner to provide those. Food was good, but was very slow to come out, and we had to keep requesting. It was not prepared on time. Difficult to see other end of the field. Great view of one end, but couldn't see all.

Overall presentation, layout of room, ability to comfortably move around the room.Unfortunately after the light went when the show started, it was very difficult to see anything in the room, specifically at the center bar area and at the beverage refrigerator. Some small area specific low lumen LED lights would help to make visibility a little better. My parents who are senior citizens had trouble seeing what food was available during the show and walking down the steps for the lower suite seats.

Getting the suite ordered and confirmed was easy. Getting the tickets was easy and Hannah did a great job helping me. What I really hated was how expensive the food was and how little we got. I spent more than a thousands dollars for two cheap pizzas and were not large, a salad and some pop corn and three six packs of beer and soda. I needed to have a few more pizzas in the order, and since what was provided was so small I had to order a lot more food for another $600 bucks.

We enjoyed the suite itself. The overall experience was good however, the confirmation email entailed misrepresentations of VIP lounges access. I, Denise, tried to follow up with Hannah and did not get a conclusive answer. I called the venue itself and no one could help me. I then went to guest services and spoke with the attendees with email and finally no VIP lounge access was granted. The verbiage in email needs to be corrected.

Overall, rather easy... would be nice to have an online order form instead of filling out an excel sheet. Also, would have been nice to know there was a $750 food minimum with the suite... not a big deal as we spent that much, but would have been nice if you guys were more transparent about that. Hannah was extremely helpful and responsive at all times of the day/night to my questions.

Very easy process. Thought it was very cool that the suite we expressed interest in was pulled from the site as soon as we inquired, therefore ensuring we could get the exact one we looked for. Only thing we did not like was not knowing there was a $1,000 credit for food/beverage...Levis informed us after the 3rd quarter, once alcohol sales are no longer permitted.

We thoroughly enjoyed the suite and the game. They won!! Food was good but very expensive. $88 for roughly 8-9 average sized cookies and 4 brownies is outrageous. The suite was clean and inviting. It would be really nice to have a roving cart and bartender coming in 2-3 times throughout the evening would have made the evening. One stopped by when the game was ending which was too late. Overall we had a great experience.

The only negative was we weren't allowed to park our party bus in the B/C parking lot where we had our parking passes. Parking, and getting into the stadium was an issue. It was also a long wait to get into the stadium for the field passes. More info and logistics on that process would be helpful. Otherwise, everything was great. Suite was great, service great, views great, food was very good.

Down sides - I find fees a bit high and i had to pick up the tickets at willcall (not delivered) But i understand there are reasons for why i had to pick it up at Willcall. Suite Experience is always very knowledgeable about what type of suite would best suit our needs. They are very easy to deal with in regards to choosing suites, catering, receiving tickets, payment etc. There are several other similar companies out there, but we always go through Suite Experience for this very reason.

Brian and Hannah are amazing! First public event at Chase Center, SF and they nailed it. Any question or request presented was handled professionally and swiftly. View and service. Lonnie provided excellent service with a fabulous smile and attitude. The convenience of watching the game and immediate service can't be beat, my family loved it. What I least liked was, upon arrival we did not have an attendant scheduled. We were told they were short staffed. Ultimately they made up for it with Lonnie. Also, charges for popcorn, that appeared to be included in the rental since we did not ask for it, were applied to our bill. Overall pricing was extreme but that is my lesson learned

Accommodations and the process were easy. Only complaint is that the staff at Mercedes Benz gave incorrect information concerning the use of “live” tickets needed after entry. I don't understand why they wouldn't issue printed tickets once you scan in so that you can move freely without everyone having to download the app on their phone.

Wanted to get a suite at Angels Stadium to entertain a few of my more valued employees. Getting a suite direct from the ball park seemed like a chore. Nothing was listed on the team's website. SEG made it quite easy. Just like other ticket websites, their's listed the available suites, the approximate location, and cost for each game. After all was said and done, they coordinated with the ball park all the food and beverages and everything was as they stated and came out perfect. The only two issues I had were a bit of a communications issue with their staff asking for the same thing twice. No big deal. And my Angels losing the game. Overall 5 star service.

The whole experience was great! All staff was very responsive and helpful. The only suggestion is to have an alternative method of getting the tickets instead of using the Ballpark app. Not everyone wanted to use the app and then accounts got linked and it was hard to determine which tickets were still available for use. Probably a lot of operator error on our part but having a way to print the tickets at home would have been preferred.

She even took care of my food order for the suite, and it was ready when we got there. All I had to do was sign the receipt. I wanted to do something special for a group of friends that helped me through some difficult times. Giving the gift of music to see Jeff Lynn's ELO would be the perfect show. This was the easiest experience that I have ever had with a suite acquisition for an event. Interestingly enough, i was coordinating two events at the same time. This one was set for a friday (Lakers) and a different event for Saturday (Dodgers) with a different company. This experience was, by far, easier and worked perfectly. Ultimately, the Saturday event with the other company worked well too but we had constant back and forth to get things right. With your company it was simple and quick - although pretty expensive.

The suite experience was fantastic, from the staff to the accommodations the suite we chose had a great view of the game all the amenities we could ask for. The tickets were a little unclear how to access the space which was a little frustrating to start the event but eventually we were directed to the right place. Everything was perfect in the suite and we can't wait to do it again!!

Awesome experience! We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at the Cowboys’ game in a touchdown suite and it was a wonderful experience! Her friends are all still talking about it 5 months later! The suite was first class, the catering was 5 star and the seats were perfect! When the players came into the end zone to huddle they even said “hi” to my daughter & her friends. Then there was the Miller Lite Club. The girls had an opportunity to see the players go through the players’ tunnel close and up front. Needless to say, we will be back next season.
