What to Expect After Purchasing

Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.

Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.

Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.

Catering

Only the Citrix Owners Club will include catering with your suite rental. All other suites at Levi's Stadium will not include food and drinks. In-suite catering can be purchased in advance for any event. On average, most people spend around $100 per person for a full spread of food and alcohol.

Parking and Transportation

Parking lots associated with Levi’s Stadium are scheduled to open 3.5 hours prior to the start of the event or kickoff. Most suites will include parking passes for the Red or Yellow lots. They're both considered VIP Lots setting you up for a short walk to the nearest stadium entrance.

Budget

The cost of the event at Levi's Stadium is due in full at the time of purchase. 49ers suite rentals will cost between $9,000 - $25,000 on average while other events can vary widely. Catering will need to be paid for day of the event, it's best to budget $100 per person for food and drinks.

Club Access

Depending on the location of the suite, you'll have access to various clubs in Levi's Stadium. Those in the SAP Tower have access to the Yahoo Fantasy Lounge and the Levi's Stadium Club located on the first level. The all-inclusive Citrix Owners Club are for those only with an Owners Club ticket.

Dress Code

Levi's Stadium doesn't enforce a dress code in a suite or on the suite level. If it’s a corporate event, many guests will likely be dressed in business casual attire. Comfortable shoes are recommended. It's not uncommon for guests to wear jerseys, hats, jeans, shorts or sneakers.

Venue Bag Policy

No bags larger than 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed into Levi's Stadium. The Clear Bag Policy is strictly enforced. Anyone possessing prohibited items will be asked to return them to their cars, take them to one of the Bag Check stations or dispose of them in the garbage cans provided at the gate.

Entrances

Premium entrances open 3 hours prior to kickoff while all other gates open 2 hours prior. For those with a suite ticket, any entrance is fine to use. We do recommend Gate E or F for those going to the Owners Club. Sap Tower Gate B for those in the SAP Tower and Gate A or C for the Trophy Club.

Child Ticket Policy

Children under two years of age are allowed entry without a ticket if accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket and must share the adult's seat. Any child two or older will require a separate ticket for entry. Diaper bags are permitted, but are subject to search and will be tagged.

The app for the clippers game is the worst - but that has nothing to do with SEG. The team at SEG was wonderful, responsive, quick, helpful and always ready to answer my questions! I would definitely book again.

We rented a suite as a Christmas gift for my parents, who value quality time with their kids and grandkids more than material gifts. Ok, the suite was in a perfect location. The food and drink for the suite is totally not explained at all and misleading. We had no drinks and food in our suite, we had to leave and go to the club . Our communication did not make this clear at all.

The entire experience was great. Kristina was wonderful to work with and so helpful. The ticket transfer process was easy, and the instructions to get into the stadium were seamless. We were blown away by the suites and look forward to working together again to secure these seats. We have no complaints!
