In-suite catering is available to purchase for all luxury suites at Smoothie King Center. Smoothie King Center catering is managed by Centerplate. The 32-page suites menu features plenty of food and beverage choices offered in packages or a la carte (served family-style, not individual portions).
Parking and Transportation
The Smoothie King Center, and neighboring Mercedes-Benz Superdome, offer 7 parking garages and several open-air cash lots. VIP Parking for New Orleans Pelicans games are typically for Lot 2 or the Champions Garage. Each pass provided is labeled with the associated parking lot.
Budget
Luxury suite prices at Smoothie King Center vary by event. For New Orleans Pelicans (NBA) games, suites typically cost between $1,500-$3,500. Games against marquee opponents such as the Lakers, Warriors, Bucks or Celtics are priced at a premium. Suites for these games can cost upwards of $10,000.
Club Access
Suite ticket holders have full access to Club Level (200-Level) at Smoothie King Center. This includes the North and South Club Lounges, and the Hub Club. The Hub Club features lounge seating, upgraded concessions and a full-service cash bar.
Dress Code
There is no formal dress code for suite level at Smoothie King Center. Corporate groups will most likely dress in business casual attire, however, it is not uncommon for patrons to dress casually or in team-branded apparel. Suites are climate-controlled and have a closet for coat storage.
Venue Bag Policy
Large and oversized bags are prohibited at Smoothie King Center. The maximum bag size is 14" x 14" x 6". Backpacks and strollers are not permitted inside the venue.
Entrances
VIP Entrances open 90 minutes prior to Pelicans' games at Smoothie King Center. Suite ticket holders should use the East VIP Entrance. Upon entry, elevators will take guests to the suite level. The remaining general admission gates will open one hour prior.
Child Ticket Policy
Children two years of age and under do not require a separate ticket for admission into the venue. Suites can provide a safe and secure environment for groups entertaining with small children.
