Catering

In-suite catering is available to purchase for all luxury suites at Rogers Place. The 15-page suites catering menu offers a wide variety of food and beverage options served in group-sized portions. Catering can be pre-purchased in advance of your event or from the suite during your event. In-suite catering is not required nor is there a required minimum spend.

Parking and Transportation

VIP Parking Passes are valid in the ICE District Central Parkade, located on the north side of 103rd Ave. and attached directly to the arena. Guests can access suite level directly from the garage.

Budget

The cost of a luxury suite for an Edmonton Oilers (NHL) game can range from $3,000-$8,000 USD prior to any catering expenses. Suite prices depend on team performance, opponent, day of the week, suite location, and suite availability. Suite prices are subject to change throughout the season like regular ticket prices.

Club Access

Suite ticket holders have access to the North Mezzanine Club and Coventry Homes Club which are both located on the Club Level. These club spaces offer premium food options, full-service bars, and private restrooms.

Dress Code

There is no strict dress code for being in an Oilers suite. Most guests will wear Edmonton Oilers fan gear and dress in casual attire. If it's a corporate event, business casual attire will be most common. When in doubt, check with your suite host prior in advance to your Oilers game.

Venue Bag Policy

All guests including those in an Edmonton Oilers suite must obey the Rogers Place bag policy. Backpacks and purses/bags of any kind larger than 12″ x 12″ x 6″ are prohibited from Rogers Place. There is on onsite bag check offered by the arena. No outside food or drinks are allowed.

Entrances

The Scotiabank Premium Entrance is located at the 104th Avenue entry point beside the Grand Villa Edmonton Casino. Suite ticket holders with VIP Parking Passes can access the arena, and suite level, directly from the Parkade. Gates open 90 minutes prior to any Edmonton Oilers games.

Child Ticket Policy

Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission to Edmonton Oilers (NHL) games at Rogers Place. Concert ticket age requirements vary by performer; some. Luxury suites can provide a safe and secure space for families entertaining with young children.
