What to Expect After Purchasing

Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.

Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.

Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.

Entrances

VIP gates at Allegiant Stadium will open three (3) hours prior to kickoff for Las Vegas Raiders (NFL) games. General admission entrances will open two (2) hours prior to kickoff. Gate times concerts, College Football, and other live events at Allegiant Stadium will vary. Please check the Allegiant Stadium website for current information.

Child Ticket Policy

Children under 24 months do not need a ticket to enter Allegiant Stadium. Note: Some non-NFL events (especially those intended for children) will have a different age policy. Please check the event listing page to determine if your child requires a ticket.

Technology

Allegiant Stadium features a state-of-the-art, high-density WiFi system that allows guests to quickly connect to the internet. This service, officially named Allegiant Stadium WiFi by Cox, is free to all guests.

We enjoyed the private space and great view. The food was very expensive for the quality that was provided and felt very limited in options with the variety of food. It did not feel okay that we had to order a minimum quantity of 12 in order to get different options.

I really enjoyed the proximity to our friends, and I used it as a business reward for some people that I work with and also family members. We had grandkids and kids and the food was great. The overall experience was just awesome.
