Catering

In-suite catering is available to purchase for all suites at PNC Arena. The 28-page suites menu includes a wide range of food and beverage options provided by VAB Catering. Food and beverage items are served family-style in larger quantities; items can be purchased in packages or a la carte.

Parking and Transportation

PNC Arena has VIP parking lots located close to the main entrance that are exclusively reserved for suite guests with parking passes. Parking lots open 3 hours prior to Carolina Hurricanes (NHL) hockey games. The ride-sharing pickup point is located across from West VIP Lot near Gate C.

Budget

Suite rental costs at PNC Arena vary by event. For Carolina Hurricanes (NHL) hockey games, suite rentals typically cost $2,000-$5,000 (exclusive of food/beverage catering) depending on opponent, suite size and suite location. Suite prices for concerts start at $2,000 depending on performer.

Business Amenities

There is limited space for meetings and conferences on game day. Some guests choose to give a short presentation in their suite before the game. You can connect a laptop to the TVs in the suite via HDMI cable. This must be coordinated in advance with PNC Arena staff and is subject to availability.

Venue Bag Policy

PNC Arena has a Clear Bag Policy in effect for all events. Acceptable bags are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC. Bags cannot exceed 12” x 6” x 12” in size. Small clutches/purses are permitted if they are no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”.

Entrances

Designated suite entrances open when the doors to the building open (variable by event). Gates open 1.5 hours before puck drop.

Child Ticket Policy

Children under the age of 2 will not require a suite ticket to enter the arena. Suites provide a secure and private environment for families and groups entertaining with young children.
