Catering

In-suite catering at Bankers Life Fieldhouse is provided by Levy Restaurants. Small group suites (Theater Boxes and Loge Boxes) come all-inclusive of food and drink. Club Level Suites will not come inclusive of catering, however, they will come with a standard catering credit.

Parking and Transportation

VIP parking passes are valid in the Virginia Avenue Parking Garage. The Virginia Avenue Garage on the northeast corner of the building connects to the Fieldhouse from the third floor of the garage. Guests can use the pedestrian bridge to access the stadium. Additional cash lots are available for those guests without reserved parking passes.

Budget

Suites at Bankers Life Fieldhouse range in cost depending on event. Indian Pacers (NBA) suites cost, on average, $3,500 for a 20-person suite. Suites come with a standard catering credit. SEG clients at Bankers Life Fieldhouse spend, on average, an additional $50 per person on food and beverages.

Club Access

Suite ticket holders have full access to the Krieg DeVault Club Level. Club Level features upgraded concourses, full service bars and enhanced concession options. Club Level also has restrooms and plenty of lounge seating areas.

Dress Code

There is no formal dress code for Krieg DeVault Club Level . Corporate groups are typically dressed in business casual attire. Suite patrons will also wear casual attire including jerseys and team-branded apparel. Suites are climate-controlled and feature a private closet for coat storage.

Venue Bag Policy

Backpacks (with the exception of single-compartment drawstring bags that meet the NBA bag-size requirements, or media backpacks that are screened at the media entrance), hard-sided bags and any bag larger than 14”x14”x6” will not be allowed.

Entrances

The two main entrances into Bankers Life Fieldhouse are located off of Pennsylvania Street and Delaware Street. Guests with VIP parking passes in the Virginia Avenue Garage can use a pedestrian bridge to access the arena.

Child Ticket Policy

Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into Bankers Life Field house. Suites can provide a great private environment for families and groups entertaining with younger children. Strollers are permitted.
