Catering
Levy Restaurants is the exclusive catering provider for suites at Guaranteed Rate Field. Most White Sox suite rentals come with a catering package featuring ballpark fare, domestic beer and non-alcoholic beverages. White Sox suite guests can add to the order in advance at an additional cost.
Parking and Transportation
Diamond suites will include 2 VIP parking passes and All-Star suites will include 4 VIP parking passes. There are numerous cash-lots near the stadium available to park at on gameday. Fans can also take one of the many public transportation options including CTA's Red and Green line.
Budget
Chicago White Sox Diamond suites and All-Star suites will range in cost between $3,000 and $6,000. Most White Sox suites do include in-suite catering. There's a finite package included so budget for additional items as needed, which could range from $50-75 per person depending on what you order.
Club Access
Diamond suite ticket holders will have access to the exclusive Guaranteed Rate Club located on the 200 level. The Guaranteed Rate Club will feature high end amenities, including an upscale lounge area as well as a premium bar.
Dress Code
There is no dress code in the luxury suites at Guaranteed Rate Field. We recommend wearing business casual attire for corporate outings and client entertainment events. Guests are also encouraged to don White Sox apparel as well.
Venue Bag Policy
All bags must be smaller than 16" x 16" x 8" to be permitted into Guaranteed Rate Field. No backpacks will be allowed into the ballpark. Guests will be allowed to bring in 1 clear plastic bag smaller than 16" x 16" x 8."
Entrances
While White Sox suite ticket holders can enter Guaranteed Rate Field through any gate, we recommend using the VIP entrance at Gate 4. Once through Gate 4, guests will take the South elevators to the 200 Level Diamond Suites or the North elevators to the 400 Level Diamond Suites.
Child Ticket Policy
Children under 36 inches will not need a ticket to attend a Chicago White Sox home game at Guaranteed Rate Field. Any child taller will need a ticket even if attending a White Sox game in one of the luxury boxes. White Sox suites are spacious and provide plenty of space for children.

The Chicago White Sox entered 2024 looking for a fresh start after a difficult 2023 campaign. With a new front-office vision and an emphasis on youth, the South Siders showed flashes of promise despite another sub-.500 finish. Stars Luis Robert Jr. and Eloy Jiménez provided power in the lineup, and Andrew Vaughn took a step forward as a middle-of-the-order threat. On the mound, Dylan Cease bounced back to form, and prospect Bryan Ramos debuted to inject energy into the roster. While consistency eluded the team at times, fans took heart in the development of young talent and the renewed focus on fundamentals under manager Pedro Grifol. Major offseason changes, including organizational restructuring under GM Chris Getz, underscore that the White Sox are charting a new course aimed at returning to contention in the coming seasons.
