Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.
Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.
Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.
Catering
You can pre-order food and drinks for you Utah Hockey Club suite in advance to your game. You will be able to place an order using the Delta Center Suite Menu. Food and beverage can also be ordered from the suite during the event. There is no catering minimum and catering is optional.
Parking and Transportation
It's possible Utah Hockey Club suites can include parking passes with your suite rental but it's not always the case. For Utah Hockey games, the preferred parking lot will be Park Place at 50 North 300 West. For guests using ride-share, the designated pick-up and drop-off zone is on 300 West.
Budget
Utah Hockey Luxury Suites can cost $4,500-$12,000 per game depending the opponent and date of the game. Utah Hockey suite rentals are paid for in full at the time of purchase. Catering for your suite won't be charged until the day of the game. Budget $100-$125 per person for food and drinks.
Dress Code
There is no formal dress code for being in a luxury suite for Utah Hockey Club games. It's common to see people in business casual attire or sporting their Utah Hockey Club gear such as jerseys, hats and t-shirts.
Venue Bag Policy
For Utah Hockey games, bags are not allowed inside the Delta Center. Diaper and medical bags will be allowed if they are no larger than 14”x14”x6”. Clutches will be allowed but must be no larger than 4”x6”x2”. All bags will be screened prior to entry.
Entrances
Gates into the Delta Center will open 90 minutes prior to Utah Hockey games. This applies to suites as well. Your Utah Hockey suite will be available to you as soon as doors open.
Child Ticket Policy
All children under the age of 24 months may enter free of charge for a Utah Hockey game, but they must share a seat with an accompanying ticketed adult. Children 24 months and older are required to have a ticket upon entry into the Delta Center.
