Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.
Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.
Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.
Catering
Most Tampa Bay Rays suites will not include food or beverage. In-suite catering can be ordered in advance to your game at an additional cost. The Tropicana Field suite catering department will provide a suite menu to order form, everything from appetizers to entrees and alcohol. There is no minimum.
Parking and Transportation
Rays suites include VIP parking, most likely in Lot 1. Each pass is clearly labeled with it's designated lot. General parking at Tropicana Field will cost from $15-$40 depending on the game and lot. Complimentary parking for cars with at least 4 passengers is available on Sundays in lots 2, 6 and 7.
Budget
A Rays luxury box rental can vary in cost but may range from $2,000-$5,000 per game. In-suite catering will be an additional cost as well, a transaction that won't occur until game day. There's no minimum on suite catering at Tropicana Field but most people spend $75-$100 per person.
Club Access
The DEX Imaging Home Plat Club feature seats among the closest in baseball. DEX Imaging Home Plate Club Season Ticket Holders receive in-seat waiter service, complimentary food and drinks, access to the Rays Club and to a private dining area inside the Rays Club.
Dress Code
There is no formal dress code for attending a TB Rays suite in a luxury suite. For corporate events, most suite guests will be dressed in business casual attire. However, most guests attending the game on the suite level will be wearing team-branded apparel. Comfortable shoes are recommended.
Venue Bag Policy
No bags larger than 16"x16"x8" are allowed into Tropicana Field. This prohibits any backpacks, purses, bags or packages. All permissible food items allowed into the stadium must be one individual serving, wrapped, bagged or contained within a soft-sided container that won't exceed 16" x 16" x 8".
Entrances
For Tampa Bay Rays suite ticket holders, the VIP entrance into Tropicana Field is at Gate 4. A separate VIP and suite holder entrance will be marked there. All gates open 90 minutes prior to first pitch for every Rays game. Gates 1, 4, 5 and 6 are open to the general public.
Child Ticket Policy
Any child two years of age and older must have a ticket to enter Tropicana Field. This includes children attending the game in one of the Rays luxury boxes. Any child younger than two, may enter for free. Strollers are allowed into the ballpark and may be checked in at Gate 1 Guest Services.
