What to Expect After Purchasing

Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.

Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.

Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.

Additional Kaseya Center Information

Catering

In-suite catering is available for any Miami Heat luxury suite rental. Catering is available to purchase separately in advance of, or during, your event. Most groups spend around $100 per person on food and drinks(including alcohol); however, there is no catering minimum and in-suite catering is optional.

Parking and Transportation

Miami Heat suites can include VIP parking passes for the Kaseya Center P2 Garage located on Biscayne Blvd. Not all suites include parking however. Cash parking lots are available at Bayside Marketplace Garage. Public transportation, the Metrorail, Metromover, & Metrobus all stop at Kaseya Center.

Budget

Miami Heat suite rentals typically cost between $4,000-$8,000 depending on the opponent, day of the week, and suite size/location. Heat suite catering will be additional and you won't be charged for food and drinks until the day of the game. Additional costs could include Heat souvenirs.

Club Access

Miami Heat suite ticket holders have full access to the Bacardi Ocho Lounge (formerly Derwar's Clubhouse) located on the Club Level Concourse. The Kaseya Center's Bacardi Ocho Lounge features an upscale lounge environment with buffet options and a full-service bar.

Dress Code

There is no formal dress code for the suite level at Kaseya Center. Most suite ticket holders will be dressed in casual attire. For a corporate event, it's more common to see guests in business casual or professional attire. It's always best to clarify expectations with your suite host prior to the game.

Venue Bag Policy

All guests including those in a Miami Heat luxury suite, are subject to search by security prior to entering. Fanny packs, purses, and clear plastic bags measuring 14”x 14”x 6” or smaller are permitted at Kaseya Center. No outside drinks or food are allowed inside the venue.

Entrances

Premium (VIP) suite entrances are located at Gate 3 and Gate 4. Premium entrances will open 90 minutes prior to Miami Heat basketball games. While it's recommended to use a premium gate, Heat suite ticket holders are welcome to enter through any entrance.

Child Ticket Policy

Children under 2 years of age may enter Kaseya Center (formerly FTX Arena) free of charge for Miami Heat basketball games.

The app for the clippers game is the worst - but that has nothing to do with SEG. The team at SEG was wonderful, responsive, quick, helpful and always ready to answer my questions! I would definitely book again.

I just posted this on Google... The team at Suite Experience Group (SEG) went above and beyond to deliver an unforgettable experience! We rented a suite as a Christmas gift for my parents, who value quality time with their kids and grandkids more than material gifts. From start to finish, the SEG team made everything seamless and stress-free. The evening was absolutely perfect—a memory our entire family will treasure forever. Ok, the suite was in a perfect location. The food and drink for the suite is totally not explained at all and misleading. We had no drinks and food in our suite, we had to leave and go to the club . Our communication did not make this clear at all.

The entire experience was great. Kristina was wonderful to work with and so helpful. The ticket transfer process was easy, and the instructions to get into the stadium were seamless. We were blown away by the suites and look forward to working together again to secure these seats. We have no complaints!
