Catering

In-suite catering is available to purchase for all suites at Highmark Stadium (formerly New Era Field). The suites catering menu includes a wide range of food and beverage options provided by Delaware North Sportsservice. Catering is available to purchase in advance of, or during, a game or event. 

Parking and Transportation

Suite amenities include premium parking passes valid in Lot 6 Preferred parking. Stadium parking lots open four (4) hours before kickoff and close two (2) hours after the game. Tailgating is permitted. Bus and Limo parking passes can be purchased in advance of an event.

Budget

The average cost of a Buffalo Bills suite rental at Highmark Stadium is $9,000-$20,000. Suite prices will vary on the opponent, day of the week and location. Most suites do not include catering in the rental price, so budget accordingly as catering won't be due until the day of the game.

Club Access

Highmark Stadium suite ticket holders have access to the Club level including the Pepsi Club (East and West), Toyota Club and Dunn Tire Club. These clubs feature wide concourses with lounge seating and plenty of HDTVs. In addition, the club have full-service bars and upgraded concessions.

Dress Code

The Bills do not enforce a strict dress code on the suite levels. Most guests will wear Bills gear with jeans, sneakers and hats. If it's a corporate event, it's most common to see guests in business casual attire. It's best to reach out to your suite host to dress accordingly.

Venue Bag Policy

The NFL Clear Bag Policy states that all patrons entering Highmark Stadium must have their belongings in clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags that do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12.” Other permissible totes include: one-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar) and small clutch bags.

Entrances

There are 6 main entrances at Highmark Stadium. VIP Entrances are located at Toyota Gate 2, Pepsi Gate 3, M&T Bank Gate 6, and PrimeSport Gate 7. Gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff. The designated rideshare pick-up/drop-off point is between Gates 3 and 4 at the end of ECC S. Campus.

Child Ticket Policy

Children 2 years of age and under do not require a separate ticket for admission. Strollers are not permitted at Highmark Stadium (formerly New Era Field.) Suites provide a great private environment for families and groups with small children.
