Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.
Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.
Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.
Catering
In-suite catering is available to purchase for all suites at Bell Centre. Most suite rentals come inclusive of an open bar package (soft drinks, beer, wine, alcohol) included in the price. Food is not included, but rather available to purchase in advance of, or during, your event.
Parking and Transportation
Luxury suite rentals come with VIP parking passes valid in the Bell Centre's main lot on Saint-Antoine street. Parking lots will open several hours prior to a game or event.
Budget
Suite costs at Bell Center depend on event. For Montreal Canadiens (NHL) hockey games, suites cost between $5,500-$10,000 USD, on average. Premium games, especially on weekdays, can cost more. Suite prices for concerts range widely based on performer.
Dress Code
There is no formal dress code for the suite levels at Bell Centre. Corporate groups will typically be dressed in business casual attire. However, many patrons will also wear casual attire and team-branded apparel. Suites are climate-controlled with a coat closet for storage.
Venue Bag Policy
All backpacks, coolers and large bags are prohibited, regardless of size. Small, soft-side totes under 35cm X 35cm X 15.25cm are permissible. Outside food/drink is not allowed inside Bell Centre.
Entrances
VIP doors at the Main Entrance open 90 minutes prior to puck-drop. Ancillary VIP entrances are located in la Cour Rio Tinto courtyard and the tunnel that connects Bonaventure metro to the arena.
Child Ticket Policy
Children 2 years of age an under do not require a separate ticket for admission. Luxury suites can provide a safe environment for families and groups entertaining with younger children. There is no minimum age requirement for events at the Bell Centre.
