Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.
Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.
Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.
Catering
In-suite catering is available to purchase at Yankee Stadium. Guests can pre-order at their discretion from the suite menu. Most suites do not include catering. On average, clients spend about $105 per person on food and alcohol, however, there is no catering minimum and it is optional.
Parking and Transportation
A limited number of preferred parking passes typically come with your Yankees suite purchase. 164 Street Garage and the River Avenue Garage are two of the most premium lots. There's a limited amount of public parking on neighboring streets. Using the subway and the Metro-North train is recommended.
Budget
Most New York Yankees games will cost $10,000 - $20,000 for a single game suite. Food and beverage will be a separate charge that won't take place until the day of the event but you should factor in $105 per person. Other costs that can come up include parking and fan merchandise.
Dress Code
This mostly comes down to the nature of the event. If it’s a corporate event, guests will likely be dressed in business casual attire. However, it’s not uncommon for guests to wear their favorite team gear with jeans, a hat and sneakers. There is not a separate dress code for being in a suite.
Venue Bag Policy
No bags larger than 16"x16"x"8" will be allowed into Yankee Stadium. Some of the prohibited items not allowed in include laptops, professional camera equipment, coolers, selfie sticks, alcohol and costumes. All guests will be screened by metal detectors prior to entering the stadium.
Entrances
For those with a Yankees suite ticket, there are Suite Entrances at Gate 2 (Left Field) and another adjacent to Gate 4 (Home Plate). Elevators will take you to your suite level once inside Yankee Stadium. All gates will open 90 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the game.
Child Ticket Policy
Children who are 3 years old and younger or less than 30 inches tall do not need a ticket to enter the ballpark. However, the child must sit on an adult's lap during the game without obstructing the view of other guests. There is no age requirement to be in a suite or on the suite level.
