What to Expect After Purchasing

Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.

Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.

Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.

Catering

In-suite catering is available to purchase for all private suites at TD Garden. The menu includes a wide range of food and beverage options provided by Delaware North Catering. Executive Suites at TD Garden will not include catering in the base price of the suite, so be sure to budget accordingly.

Parking and Transportation

Suite Experience Group recommends public transportation for arriving to TD Garden. Parking around TD Garden is extremely limited and most suites do not come with parking passes. Guests can, however, purchase parking in the North Station Garage, located directly underneath TD Garden.

Budget

There is a wide range in suite cost at TD Garden. Private suites for Boston Bruins (NHL) and Boston Celtics (NBA) home games typically cost $3,000-$8,000 depending on team performance, opponent, suite location and day of the week. Concert suite prices will vary widely depending on performer.

Club Access

Suite ticket holders have full access to the 500 and 600 Suite Level concourses. In addition to several premium bars and clubs located on each concourse, patrons can enjoy upgraded concession stands and full-service bars. Here's a detailed breakdown of the clubs on suite level:

Venue Bag Policy

All TD Garden entrances are outfitted with walk-through metal detectors where fans will be screened prior to entry. Bags, backpacks, and large purses are prohibited as are laptops, tablets, and professional cameras. There is no bag-check offered by TD Garden.

Entrances

The Boston Garden Society has a private entrance for all suite ticket holders. This is accessible through the North Station concourse, The Hub on Causeway, or Levels P1-P4 of the North Station parking garage. This entrance opens 2-hours before events for suite ticket holders.

Child Ticket Policy

Children two years of age and under do not require a separate suite ticket for admission to TD Garden. Suites provide a great environment for families with children as kids can enjoy the private space of the suite. Strollers are permitted on suite level.

The app for the clippers game is the worst - but that has nothing to do with SEG. The team at SEG was wonderful, responsive, quick, helpful and always ready to answer my questions! I would definitely book again.

We rented a suite as a Christmas gift for my parents, who value quality time with their kids and grandkids more than material gifts. Ok, the suite was in a perfect location. The food and drink for the suite is totally not explained at all and misleading. We had no drinks and food in our suite, we had to leave and go to the club . Our communication did not make this clear at all.

The entire experience was great. Kristina was wonderful to work with and so helpful. The ticket transfer process was easy, and the instructions to get into the stadium were seamless. We were blown away by the suites and look forward to working together again to secure these seats. We have no complaints!
