Josh McDaniels as head coach was a swing and a miss, but the Raiders hit the jackpot with interim head coach Antonio Pierce, who led the Raiders to a respectable finish to the season that included a win over the Chiefs at Arrowhead on Christmas Day. Aidan O’Connell played well at QB down the stretch, so he will be given a chance to lead the team in 2024. With Josh Jacobs gone, Zamir White will get a chance to shine at running back, and Davante Adams and Jakobi Meyers make a for a strong wide receiver combination.
