Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.
Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.
Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.
Catering
Private luxury suites at MetLife Stadium offer professional suite catering by Delaware North Sportservice. Your suite will also include a suite attendant to assist with food and beverage needs during your event. At your request, SEG can provide a suite catering menu for your review.
Parking and Transportation
Luxury suites at MetLife Stadium typically come with 4 to 6 VIP parking passes. Most suite parking passes grant access to the Green Lots designated for suite and VIP guests. Some suite purchases include one 'reserved' parking pass with an assigned spot in close proximity to the stadium.
Budget
The price of a private luxury suite at MetLife Stadium can range from $5,000-$35,000 depending on the event. Buyers looking to stretch their budget further may opt for corner suite locations on upper suite levels or lesser-demand events such as NFL pre-season suites rather than higher demand games.
Club Access
Suite tickets at MetLife Stadium will give you access to the Mezzanine Clubs (United Rentals & Toyota Clubs), located on both sides of the stadium along the sidelines. Commissioner's Club suites are located within the Commissioner's Club, known as the most prestigious club at Metlife Stadium.
Dress Code
Many New York football fans will be wearing their favorite player’s jersey in the suite, however other luxury box guests will be dressed in business casual attire. We recommend asking the host of your suite how other guests will be dressed. Note that suites do include coat closets for convenience.
Venue Bag Policy
Guests are welcome to carry-in the following items into MetLife Stadium: Clear bags that are 12" x 6" x 12" or less in size (1 bag per person). Small purses/handbags (clutch-type bags) that are 4.5" x 6.5" or less in size (1 per person). All guests are subject to search.
Entrances
All of the suite levels may be accessed by using the VIP entrances on the east and west sides of the building, typically corresponding to the location of your parking pass. You will see signs designating the entrances for suite ticket holders that allow you expedited access to your luxury suite.
Child Ticket Policy
Children up to 34" inches in height may enter MetLife Stadium free of charge but must share a seat with an accompanying ticketed adult. All children taller will need a ticket even when attending an NFL game. Occasionally, for select non-NFL events, another policy may be in place.
