Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.
Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.
Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.
Catering
All suites at Hard Rock Stadium have the option to purchase premium in-suite catering. Guests can choose from packages (food and beverage) or order a la carte. Pre-orders are generally placed 5 business days before the event. Every suite will be serviced by an attendant throughout the game.
Parking and Transportation
Most luxury suites will come with several VIP parking passes, which will generally be valid in the Black and Maroon lots. Parking lots will open 4 hours prior to the start of Miami Dolphins games. For guests using ride-sharing, there is a pick-up and drop-off point located at Gate 4.
Budget
The price for private boxes at Hard Rock Stadium varies based on the event and suite. Dolphins games range from $15,000-$50,000, University of Miami football games cost $7,000-$15,000, and major events like the Orange Bowl can cost over $45,000. Super Bowl LIV suites will be in excess of $200,000.
Club Access
Suite ticketholders will have access to the Club Level at Hard Rock Stadium. The Club Level underwent a $50M renovation in 2017 and now features an extra-wide concourse with lounge spaces, bars, and concessions. The Club Level also features over 800 HDTVs, and, most importantly, air conditioning.
Dress Code
Hard Rock Stadium suite guests will be wearing a variety of clothing from jerseys and casual attire to business professional attire. There is no right or wrong answer for suite attire, so dress comfortable and as you please. Hats and tennis shoes are allowed.
Venue Bag Policy
All fans entering Hard Rock Stadium will go through metal detector and security screening. The NFL has implemented a policy that patrons must bring all their items in bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC that does not exceed 12" x 6" x 12". No outside food or drinks allowed into the stadium.
Entrances
Gates open 2 hours prior to Miami Dolphins games and 90 minutes prior to Miami Hurricanes games. Guests in a suite can remain in their luxury box up to one hour after the game. Gate times for concert vary on the performer, guests should contact Hard Rock Stadium for exact times for those events.
