Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.
Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.
Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.
Catering
In-suite catering is available to purchase at the Toyota Center. Guests can pre-order at their discretion from the suite menu. Most suites do not include catering. On average, clients spend about $100 per person on food and alcohol, however, there is no catering minimum and it is optional.
Parking and Transportation
Suite ticketholders will receive VIP parking passes to The Toyota Tundra Garage, located at 1515 Jackson Street, just next to the arena. The garage opens for event parking 1.5 hours before gates open to your scheduled event. Public parking is located within a few blocks of the Toyota Center.
Budget
For Houston Rockets games, suite prices will range from $4,000-$12,000. Family events could be less expensive, some concerts could be even more. Remember to budget for catering, which could be another $1,500-$2,500 on average. If additional parking passes are needed, it's an additional cost.
Club Access
The Rockets Club East and Rockets Club West have a center bar and a great view of the action. These lounges also have many plasma televisions for your convenience. Additionally, suite ticket holders will have access to the Red & White restaurant where advance reservations are recommended.
Dress Code
How you dress in a suite should depend on the nature of the event and the wishes of your host. If it’s a corporate event, many guests in the luxury box will likely be dressed in business casual attire. However, it’s not uncommon for guests to wear their favorite team gear with jeans and sneakers.
Venue Bag Policy
The NBA has enacted a rule prohibiting bags larger than 14” x 14” x 6” from being brought into NBA arenas. For safety reasons, patrons may be refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items including, but not limited to: alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, food, drinks and laptops,.
Entrances
The Sky Bridge entrance is recommended but any gate is fine. Doors open 1 hour prior to the game for weekday games (Monday - Friday). For weekend games (Saturday - Sunday), doors open 1.5 hours before tip-off. For non-Rockets games, gates open 60 minutes before the event unless otherwise noted.
Child Ticket Policy
Children less than 36" tall do not need a ticket to enter the arena, provided the child sits on the lap of an adult. Suites can provide a great private environment for groups and families entertaining with younger children.
