Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.
Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.
Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.
Catering
For Seahawks games, there could be a catering package included with your suite rental. However, when that is not the case, in-suite catering is available to purchase at Lumen Field(formerly CenturyLink Field). Guests can pre-order at their discretion from the suite menu. There's no catering minimum.
Parking and Transportation
For guests attending an event in a suite and have received parking passes, they will most likely be valid in the Lumen Field Garage. There are various public parking lots surrounding the stadium including the lots at T-Mobile Park. Tailgating is not permitted on Lumen Field property.
Budget
For a suite experience at Lumen Field(formerly CenturyLink Field), you must factor in the cost of the suite rental and catering. Seahawks game range from $15,000-$35,000. For Sounders games, $5,000-$10,000. Catering on average typically cost around $100 per person but is done at your own discretion.
Club Access
Suite ticket holders will have exclusive access to the Delta Sky360 Club at CenturyLink Field. High-end concessions and cash bars are available within the club. Community tables and TVs surround the club. Throughout the season, Seahawks legends will make appearances for photos and autographs.
Dress Code
Lumen Field doesn't enforce a dress code in a suite or on any of the suite levels. If it’s a corporate event, many guests will likely be dressed in business casual attire. Comfortable shoes are recommended. It's not uncommon for guests to wear jerseys, hats, jeans, shorts or sneakers.
Venue Bag Policy
Bags allowed in Lumen Field must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12". No clear backpacks. Clear bags may have one clear pocket only. Small clutch bags, that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5", with or without a handle or strap, may be allowed in but subject to search.
Entrances
For Seahawks games, suite ticket holders can enter Lumen Field up to 3 hours prior to kickoff. For other events, entry time can vary 1-2 hours prior to the start of it. Any gate is fine to use but we recommend the NE or NW VIP Entrance. Elevators can take you to your appropriate suite level.
Child Ticket Policy
If a child is 3 or older, they will be required to have a ticket at Lumen Field(formerly CenturyLink Field). Children under three years of age are not required to have a ticket provided they sit on an adult's lap. For nursing moms, The Mother's Room is located on the SW Corner of the Suite Level.
