The app for the clippers game is the worst - but that has nothing to do with SEG. The team at SEG was wonderful, responsive, quick, helpful and always ready to answer my questions! I would definitely book again.

We rented a suite as a Christmas gift for my parents, who value quality time with their kids and grandkids more than material gifts. While our team didn’t win the game, it didn’t matter in the slightest because we were all having such an incredible time together. Ok, the suite was in a perfect location. The food and drink for the suite is totally not explained at all and misleading. We had no drinks and food in our suite, we had to leave and go to the club . Our communication did not make this clear at all.

The entire experience was great. Kristina was wonderful to work with and so helpful. The ticket transfer process was easy, and the instructions to get into the stadium were seamless. We were blown away by the suites and look forward to working together again to secure these seats. We have no complaints!

It was a great experience. The view was great. The privacy it allowed was great since we had some young kids with us. The food was excellent!!

I love the quick response and the support from the organization. I also love the professional and the loge experience. The thing that I like the least is that concerning the fruit platter was not super fresh and the other platter was supposed to be different kind of bites, but we only get one kind. Maybe it was a misunderstanding from my end. But it was a very very small matter compared to what my family and I we experienced, it was an amazing experience to be in the loge and the person who served us was very professional and great service.

The suite was perfect for our company Christmas party. The booking process was easy and getting tickets was through Seat Geek, so if you have used it before it's easy to navigate.

What we appreciated most: - Ease of planning - Zero issues with tickets, venue, service, invoicing, billing, payment - Suite was ready and prepped when we arrived - Staff on site and through support very responsive and helpful What would we improve: - When we got the tickets, distributing them was time consuming. This is an add service we would pay for. - If we understood how to put our corporate logo in the space, maybe we would have paid for a "brand placement" package where we give SE our logo and get some table tent cards etc so we could have a prepackaged brand presence Other than that - amazing!

This is the perfect spot to enjoy a game while engaging in meaningful conversations with clients. I highly recommend it for an exceptional experience. Lauren was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to make our day truly special.

Through the booking process I worked with Emma, Kristina and Hannah. They were all very nice and helpfull. They all have very good customer service skills.

We had a great times with friends and Eagles fans. Suite had a great view of the game and opening the windows allowed us to be part of the crowd.

The best part was the service provided by our waitress. The seats were comfortable and great view of the court. What I liked the least was the communication with the host assigned to me.

We loved the decoration of the suite, the view, and the suite team was amazing!

Suite was clean and ready to go upon arrival. The beers were buried in the ice, so we had to dig those out but they were very cold! Food was exceptional from the shrimp cocktail to the sliders to the Oreo dip. Suite attendants were attentive and great to work with.

The suite was a nice experience. It was really nice and our attendant was available at all times. The food however was hard to keep warm under the heating lamps that were being used. The whole Intuit Dome app was also a nightmare unfortunately.

I loved the level of communication I got from SEG, very quick to respond and very informative answers. Nothing I can say I liked the least but it was confusing with multiple people answering the same email.

Great seats, food, and venue, and the Warriors won! What I liked the least was the timing of the tickets. I only received them about 7 days before the event. I don't understand if I pay months ahead why I have to wait so long for the tickets.

The suite attendant was dull. I’ve rented a few suites in the past. To say the least, suite attendants need to be more professional for the amount of money being spent. Like a waiter at a premiere steak house.

The staff and team day of was EXCELLENT. Our host, unfortunately, didn't place our order correctly! We were missing 70% of what we ordered. Very embarrassing when you are entertaining clients. Luckily, the staff there rallied and made things work- but some of the items we planned to have was not available. We would like to make sure this doesn't happen again.

Very easy process!

The suite and experience was fantastic. We are very happy. The only issue I had was with before. I felt like SEG could have done a better job with communicating on how everything would work. For example, we went back and forth on food on several emails. I was concerned that we missed something along the way. It would have been nice if SEG was well informed on how the process would work. Also, we had an in suite person the whole night which was amazing...but I had no idea he would be there and didn't have cash for a tip. Regardless, great experience and I would use you again. I think this is my second time using you.

I loved the experience. The SEG folks helped me line up parking which I didn't even know I needed. I was late getting in my credit card for food. No problem, the SEG group got it handled. They went above and beyond what I expected to make this experience for my family completely unforgettable. Cheers to SEG!!!!

Sometimes it was different getting a response to questions. The service at the suite was excellent. Some menus items were not as advertised. Overall food was good.

The reserving of the suite was very easy. The communication from the SEG team was very helpful and helped me to know what to expect. Liked least would probably just be not having an option to easily bring some food to-go. I actually meant to bring a few baggies or plastic containers for guests, but forgot on the day.

We enjoyed the private space and great view. The food was very expensive for the quality that was provided and felt very limited in options with the variety of food. It did not feel okay that we had to order a minimum quantity of 12 in order to get different options.

I really enjoyed the proximity to our friends, and I used it as a business reward for some people that I work with and also family members. We had grandkids and kids and the food was great. The overall experience was just awesome.

The location of the suite was perfect. The amount of room within the suite, the TV’s and the comfort of the seats as well as the view from the seats was awesome. The private in suite restroom is always appreciated. The server/attendant for the suite was just ok. The food items ordered were good not great. I was hoping the suite would have a little more air flow/air conditioning as it was a hot and muggy day. When we left the suite door open a little more cool air did seem to flow.

EVERY aspect of our suite experience was marvelous. It started with our Suite Attendant- Steve Casper. Steve did a fantastic job of tending to our every need. He was wonderful. We had five (5) kids ages 3-12 and he really made them feel welcomed and comfortable. The suite was very clean and the food was great!

Easy to purchase . Great communication

Overall we enjoyed it, though the price is a bit steep when adding on guests for no added benefit (+1 parking pass or something / anything?) The seating was sufficient and cleanliness was great. Being all first time suite guests, I do wish the Host would have explained a few things we didnt notice until we were leaving like the phone to request service and additional remotes to control other equipment that we werent aware we could use. We just waited on the Host to return to ask for additional items which was a tad slow along with delivery of the add-on drinks. Otherwise it was a fun experience.

Most-decor, comfortable seating inside and out, private bathroom and server, food and drinks, surprise visit from Mike Bordick, air conditioning, big screen TV, kitchen amenities, fireworks. Least-nothing! It was fantastic. The only thing that would’ve made it even better is a filtered drinking faucet at the sink.

What I liked most: - The show itself with the Rolling Stones was great - The food quality was great - The suite was very clean What I did not like: - The parking attendant at SoFi insisted on collecting $100 cash from us to park our oversized vehicle - The suite was exceptionally difficult to find, because after asking several SoFi employees, nobody knew where section 7E was on the map - The catering order was delivered in batches and we only received the last half of the order 3 hours after arriving in the suite - There are not enough attendants on the premises serving the suites -- it is cumbersome to order additional drinks during the show - The traffic leaving SoFi was very bad

SEG did a first-rate job in helping me secure an outstanding suite at Comerica Park for an important corporate event. They provided valuable assistance in helping me order food and beverage, and the whole evening went off without a hitch. Their customer service is superb. It was a very good experience and would definitely recommend to others. The only thing i can think of that we liked the least; the price of the alcohol, was excessive.

This was our first time contracting a suite and I have to say, we will do this again. Everything was top notch and happened the way we were told it would. The team was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We will be using this service again.

The process of booking a suite was quick and easy. Brian Jeffcoat did a great job answering any questions and Kristina Krummen was good at updating me with any pertinent information. I think pricing is expensive, but I got what I paid for.

I think the only thing I did not like was that there werent assigned seats. Other than that everything was absolutely wonderful.

The ladies are top-notch and respond quickly. They always do their best to find the answers we need as quickly as they can. The American Airlines Center app is clunky as all heck. It doesn't talk well to Ticketmaster, and I sometimes had a devil of a time trying to get tickets to people.

It was such a smooth process, easy to communicate, with management, leading up to the event… Absolutely no issues at all!

What a great suite - P17!! From the entry all the way to the suite - the staff on site was so helpful and friendly. Upon entering they helped me scan in 24 clients, then a women sang to my group while we were waiting for the elevator up to the suite. The hostess who helped us in the suite was so friendly we had someone that was Vegan and we didn't have enough food options so she was super helpful in securing some additional food items for our client. The suite was clean and bright. Even though there wasn't a bathroom in the suite it was right across the hall for easy access. The venue had outside lockers for those of us women who brought bags/laptops and purses which was super easy to use, the attendants were very helpful and knowledgeable making it easy to secure one before and after the game. Overall the whole experience was a positive one! I definitely recommend the KIA Center for company activation's.

I had a bit of a hard time confirming some of the suite details, in regards to food, at the time of purchasing. Quite a bit of back and forth and following up. However, my team members said they had an absolute blast during the hockey game and stated that the service was outstanding! So it was worth it.

Perfect Suite for our group. Just as described on the site. Easy to access and communication was wonderful.

The response time for any questions I had was exceptional, be it email or phone. I was nervous about using this service for the first time for such an important family event (my 9 year old’s bday), but the service / product went beyond my expectations.

Parking passes and size of luxury sweet was perfect size for our group of 15 people. No complaints.

The process was VERY easy. The booth was great - the staff was friendly. I did not like the fact I needed 2 tickets for my 8 extra guests. That process was confusing.

Our particular suite was, in my opinion, an incredible location for viewing an NBA game, with excellent views. The ticket transfer process was smooth and provided well before our event date. I liked most the ease of completing the entire process. I have no "least like" other than the event naturally had to end. I commend SEG on a job well done. I would be thrilled and comfortable using SEG again.

What a surreal experience! We were spoiled upon arrival and throughout the game. Our server Tara was friendly, positive and attentive. I appreciated her offer of taking our group's picture. Awesome seats, and delicious food for all tastes. Mr. Ascencio, Manager of Premium Sales, took the time to introduce himself, and later I was given a tour of the field level. Class all around!

The suite was great. We hosted a corporate event and entertained 18 people. Overall, a success and the food and drink were a great touch.

Nice venue, great service. Wasn't a huge fan of the buffet menu and the popcorn was way too salt (maybe have a shaker near by for customers to salt to taste).

The suite was great... only hicup I tried to send 2 seat tickets to a friend, they wouldn't go through so seatgeek at will call did it for me. All the food was good... except chips and hummus for the price was a joke!!

Reserving the suite was easy. Ordering the initial catering was fine. Catering service throughout the game was poor to non-existent. Brought a bottle of wine and no opener, no ones checked in with us and when I called and they finally showed up they were unhelpful.

Initially after purchase, I was a little unsure how and when I'd receive the tickets and parking passes. I waited about a week and then sent an email asking. Shortly after the email, I got my questions answered (digitally, through an app) and received the tickets. On the day of the event, the tickets worked fine and the suite was exactly as described. It was a great experience.

The viewing area and the food were second to none! We enjoyed everything about it!

The entire experience was amazing, everything was great.

The suite was clean and presentable, well-lit, with a clean bathroom. The downside was trying to find the entrance to the luxury suites, but once we got there, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

I had lots of questions and the communication turnarounds were great. I thought there were 18 seats in the suite but there were 12 - I could have just missed this but that was the only surprise type item I had. All in all very pleased with how the day went.

It was easy to get the suite and tickets. We weren't told about field passes until after they were no longer honored (this was likely our reps fault, not yours though) so we missed that. Everything else was 10/10!

PROS: The ease of accessing tickets electronically and purchase additional tickets as needed. CONS: It took a bit longer than expected to get the tickets and catering info. I had to reach out one week before the concert date to find out when info would be available. I reserved the loft many months ago. It would be helpful to have an update email at least one month before event date as to when tickets will be released, etc.

We loved the entire day. The suite was beautiful and the people who worked in our room, Gail & Lucy, were outstanding. Meeting a Legend just took it over the top. Especially when it was Wade Boggs. He was the best! The only thing I did not like was that we needed 2 more tickets (26) due to one of my key people being able to come after they had initially been unable to attend but I was not able to bring the 2 people.

This was a fantastic experience, I can’t say enough on how easy this was to use, I just don’t have anything negative to say about the SEG experience.

We loved so much about it! What we liked least was how much the food and pop cost was, very pricey. But our server was very attentive and nice. After the ran the suite outside chairs were soaking wet and she gave us some towels to wipe down the chairs.

I did not know what to expect. This was my first time renting a suite in Kaseya and it exceedes my expectations. From Hannah being immediately responsive to all my questions, to the actual date of the event, the suite was huge, we where treated very well by all persons there, and it was a great time overall. Thank you SEG for the amazing experience!

Our experience with SEG was really tremendous. The communication from SEG's team was top notch and they quickly answered any questions we had along the way. The only MINOR complaint was that the catering menu for Spectrum Center was maybe a smidge outdated, as they didn't have some of the items we'd initially wanted and the prices were a little higher than originally listed. However, that is nitpicking. It was terrific all the way around and we'll certainly look to use SEG again, both for personal use and for entertaining clients of my business.

This is the third time I have purchased a suite from your company. It was easy to arrange from tickets to food and beverage orders. Everything was delivered as per my order. I have no complaints.

We had a wonderful time in the Dell Technology Suite for our Corporate event! We were able to leverage the TV screen in the suite to share a small presentation before the game started. Unfortunately the doors to the suite next door were stuck and would not close, which cause some additional background noise but otherwise, we had a great time.

Easy to book and receive the tickets. The parking pass was a little confusing in the garage. It was hard to see where exactly we are supposed to park and then once we did find it our spot was already taken by a different car and we didn't want to get a ticket by parking somewhere else in the suite holder area. We weren't given a special pass and there were no parking attendants to talk to.

The suite was wonderful and spacious! Everyone had a place to sit (all 23 of us). Loved having our own private bathroom. Location of the suite for a concert was perfect! Our suite attendant was excellent. Least: The cookies were awful, specifically the red ones! How can someone screw up cookies? What a waste of our money and we had ordered 3 sets of 10. We did not get BBQ sauce with our chicken fingers.

We enjoyed having a space just for us. The suite was spacious and provided a wonderful atmosphere for dancing, eating and fun! The one issue we had was not being able to turn lights on inside the suite. It was a bit difficult to see the food.

We love the SEG group! I love that I can see suite packages and availability quickly through the website. When I go directly through a stadium, there is always a long wait and back and forth. It sometimes takes weeks to book something, whereas with SEC I can book the same day with no issues. Hannah is always quick to respond and goes above and beyond for S&P Global. SEC will continue to be our top choice for suite experiences.

The suite was well liked by all. I feel the sweet spot for the number of people in the suite was the 12 we had attend. Yes it could fit 16 but that would have felt tight. Great email conversation and replies from Premium Services.

I don't like the that the service tip is automatically added, because I would not have given that much of a tip. I saw my credit card was charged, but I never got an electronic itemized receipt. I enjoyed the turnkey nature of the process. I admit going into the event, I had my reservations. The ease of accessing tickets, all follow-up from the SEG team was extremely EXTREMLY timely, and my customers were very happy with the experience. All the food and drinks were ready and available as well. The fact I could book such a high-end event with such ease was the most impressive part to me. I wouldn't say I disliked anything about the event. Rather a question on the edikit of the tipping for the final receipt would be helpful. I was confused what to tip since there was a service fee included. Typically, I would assume 20% if this was a meal, but with the service fee I didn't know if that included the attendant or not? Plus, while the attendant was helpful, I wasn't sure 20% was really appropriate. So just some help on guardrails of the tip would be helpful for 1st timers. TY

Great event and plenty of care taken within the site to give my team a great experience.

We had quite a bit of leftovers. Would suggest the short ribs were served in a way that was easier to eat. Perhaps to be sliced for easier serving? The items that were not very popular were the CA Wedge, Roasted Cauliflower & the popcorn & peanuts. We had asked for containers but were told that due to covid they couldn't provide any. Anything (maybe foil) or rubber bands so we could have put 2 paper plates together as a container, would have been helpful. Everyone's favorite were the Pretzels and Cheese and Poke Nachos.

Hannah and Kristina were great to work with. Andrea took care of us in the suite...she was great too. Only complaints were of food proportion. We ordered the DMV. Shrimp was not a 6 person serving...3 person serving at best. Crab cakes were not a portion...closer to an appetizer size.

krisitna's support was outstanding....and the ticket distribution process worked great....the only downside was the food order was somehow screwed up by the stadium team....when they charged me on sun....it triggered an amex fraud alert....and i had to cancel my amex card....amex reomended it...i am working through it...i thought when i booked the event i paid for everything....so the sunday charge was confusing to me...would let future customers understand that wrinkle...

Great amount of space and the suite is beautiful! When we arrived there was not as much food or drink as we would have liked for 16 people and had to ask to get restocked on both.

We loved the suite and it was an amazing experience is what we loved the most. The thing we didn't like is we had a fox 9 reporter in front of our suite and basically two of the front row seats couldn't be used as you couldn't see around him and they wouldn't move. That part was not good.

This year our family decided to splurge and get a suite for the Christmas day Warriors game. My niece found your company/website. We've never done something like this and now we're glad we did. The suite location (center court) was amazing. A great venue for our families Christmas day. The website and correspondence was straight forward. Given I have never worked with SEG, I was pleased with the suite being what I thought it would be, especially when I was the one fronting the $$$ on behalf of our entire family. More importantly, they all had an exceptional time. Something they will never forget. The correspondence was great as we worked through putting this date together. Replies were immediate, giving me reassurance that we are working with the right group outside of the Warriors in securing the suite.

Staff was awesome, food was great. The only complaint, sound pretty petty, but the beer was not very cold. Other than that everything was perfect.

What I liked the least about renting this suite, which has nothing to do with you all but I figure I let you know for future reference. We rented the suite for personal reasons, mainly so my dad could have a good experience being that he is a disabled veteran and needs room to be comfortable. The issue I had were the fans below us banging on the walls and would not stop when we asked. For someone with a war background(ptsd) it kind of sounded like bombs going off because the sound just echoed in the suite. For people paying that much money for the suite experience should not be subjected to that. We couldnt fully enjoy the game. That should be one of the things not allowed because it makes for a bad experience.

The event was just what we needed to bring the family together. Only item that I wish would have been different was ordering food. Everything was in six, so if I was the only one that wanted coke we had to buy six. Outside of that, was a wonderful day and my nine year daughter got a picture with Dirk Nowitzki AKA the man!!!!

The 100% digital tickets did not work well, in fact I was unable to park in my assigned spot in the garage because the ticket I presented was not accepted and I was told I cant hold up traffic! I suggest you get the online ticket processed worked out before you make that mandatory! This is probably an LCA issue not an SEG issue.

Space was accommodating and spacious enough for our size of group there were a few rolling chairs that didn't seem to make sense in the space and felt like an after-thought other than to provide additional seating

Things went really smoothly. However, a part of that is because I used it before. Everyone was super nice and answered questions, but I would have loved a time line upfront, like X days before the event you will get tickets, by X days before the event you need to submit the food order. I was a bit stressed about that my first time. Also, I had one day to plan and send details for catering. I feel that could be sent earlier with a reminder a couple days before it's due. Luckily, I remembered what we got last time, but it still felt like a tight turnaround.

Easy to rent the suite. Kristina was amazing! I would have liked to be able to transfer the tickets by cell numbers not email.

Suite Experience were great to work with, they were very responsive and provided great details for the event. The only negative was that they sent two wrong attachments, but corrected it very quickly.

the fact that I had my whole family together the least was, I had no clue what I was getting and no idea of what I needed to do . definitely not worth the price.

Food and Alcohol was just the right amount. Our bartender was very friendly and really made us feel special. Suite location was fantastic for Verlander pitching as well! All around great time, thanks!

Our customers loved the premium suite and the atmosphere at the SoFi stadium. The stadium did a good job with the other logistics (connectivity to the TV screen, transporting gifts to the suite prior to the same, scheduling an onsite visit to test connectivity etc.). Hannah from SEG was always prompt & responsive and extremely helpful throughout the process (from the initial booking to the coordination with the stadium & other follow-ups). The part that we didn't like (more about the stadium/suite) was that there was no partition between the suite & the stadium seating which meant we weren't able to make the presentation to our customers that we wanted to. The traffic arrangements (again stadium related) could've been better (but then this was LA).

I loved that we were able to bypass the long lines to get to our suite. I wish I had known of the level we would be at and the accessibility of getting there since we had a couple of guest with physical liabilities. I also liked that we were able to open up the suite to be able to sit inside and still see everything. I would only do this again if we were sharing costs with other families.

If there is a Fireworks show at the game you can not see them from Suite #9, that was the most disappointing part of our evening. The SEG team is fantastic to work with, I received great service and response time and they helped ensure that everything went smoothly.

Fantastic experience! Our suite attendant did a fabulous job of taking care of all our needs. Our only complaint was that the food was picked up too early (just after 7th inning). Why can’t it stay out until the end of the game ? ……especially if the game goes into extra innings

It was beautiful and amazing. I disliked that the bathroom was a bit away due to construction our closets bathroom was closed. Was a bit scary that the glass in the front was so low almost didn’t even notice there was no glass a bit scary when I got a bit too close and noticed.

We had a WONDERFUL experience working with you setting up our suite for the Phillies-Angels game. I was blown away by how responsive your entire staff was - I asked several questions over many weeks as I planned this surprise for my husband's 65th birthday. Every, single time I emailed, I received a response within an hour! Even late at night! I primarily worked with Kristina Krummen and Hannah Koski and both of them were SO nice and helpful every step of the way. I told my husband how they made me feel like I was their most important client! Thank you for such a wonderful experience from start to finish. - The day of the game could not have been more perfect. The suite, the east of tickets, parking, food/drink ordering, service, etc. -- and even the weather - was absolutely perfect! My family thinks I am a hero for giving them such an amazing experience. Awesome experience partnering with you guys. I had come across the SEG website several times in the past but never pulled the trigger. I definitely plan to work with you guys again in the future. The only constructive feedback I have for you is the SRO situation. When I work directly with a team/arena/stadium, I have the ability of purchasing SROs up until a couple hours before tipoff. This would have come in handy as we had a lot of demand for this game, but given that the SROs were so pricey, i didn't want to buy them all upfront without knowing if we could yet fill them. Second, the suite had "Welcome Rodan + Fields!" on the TVs - I had asked them to either change the channel or turn of the tvs (since we are K1, not Rodan + Fields), and it took them a bit longer than what would have been ideal.

Your staff is amazing! Very attentive and prompt with responding to emails. I had a problem during the came that was absolutely uncalled for from dodger stadium staff But Kristina was totally understanding and reached out to dodger stadium staff

I love the ease of process that your company set up in renting the suite and the super responsiveness in any questions I emailed to you. There is nothing negative that I found in my experience.

The process was seamless and Kristina was very attentive to questions and follow-up. The one comment I have is the distribution of tickets got a little wonky. Receiving Suite tickets, add'l seat tickets and parking passes from various sources and then having to send back out to Clients that don't always have the Ticketmaster or Sixer app got a little messy, but doable.

I liked that it was easy to select a suite and pretty simple to select the food and drinks I wanted. The service in the suite was really good too. I didn't like that I get the run around each time about getting the physical tickets when I know they are available. I always bring my customers who are older and aren't the up to speed with the new technology of getting tickets. Luckily have asking enough times I received the physical tickets.

The location was great, and the staff was very helpful. It is hard to order drinks for corporate events because you want enough but not too much. I wish the unopened bottles of liquor could be deducts from the catering.

It was easy to book, use the parking, and show our tickets. The suite was clean, service was very good, and food was on time and presented very nicely. Great view of field too.

What I liked the most: separate entrance for suite holder tickets, attendant (Krystal) was amazing, customer service of the stadium staff - in particular the suite staff, fully stocked suite What I liked the least: ticket seats labeled 1-16 but actual seats were labeled 1-4 (each row had seats numbered as 1-4 making it difficult for people to understand their assigned seats), suite location was higher up than expected, food was good but not as good as anticipated

We really enjoyed our experience. A great way for our small group to watch the hockey game, as well as being able to eat and drink and interact throughout the game. Our suite attendant was excellent and catered to all our needs.

We loved everything about working through Suite Exchange and about the experience at the game. First class, professional and an amazing experience. The theater box dining area is like a 5 star restaurant. My guests were so impressed. And it just kept getting better. Valerie, our waitress, kept us on schedule with appetizers, beverages, dinner, snacks and desserts. It was just amazing. I would highly recommend this to anyone having the opportunity to work with Suite Exchange. It was well worth the price for our special occasion. It will be hard to watch a Warriors game any other way.

We love SEG!! Brian is always so helpful and a great partner to figuring out what is best for our customers and Hannah is a DREAM - such quick response and helpful! The only thing I'd love more of us is ticket access (Masters, Indy 500, etc) - the more we can get VIP tickets when a suite isn't what we need for the experience the better! A nice to have would be some way to put our company name on the suite - because we rent existing suites it sometimes can get confusing for our guests.

I had questions prior to the event. Everything was handled promptly and professionally. When we arrived, our food order was delivered immediately. The service was great, there was never a delay for food/drink orders.

The privacy was great! It was mostly set up perfectly, little mix up with order but all worked out. We will definitely be booking for next season.

Our experience was great. There was one small issue, the person who was in charge of the dessert card was very unprofessional. She was rude to several of my guest. Other than the ignorant dessert card lady our experience was great.

-the service was amazing and staff the whole time planning was super responsive and helpful -it was hard to find the suite. A map ahead of time with directions to get there would be helpful to send guests. Same with options for parking or walking in. -there were so many food options it was hard to decide! I guess it's a good problem but a “best sellers” or “most eaten” list would be helpful. For instance the ciabatta sandwich barely got touched.

we rented a theatre box at the Chase Center for a handful of Warriors games and a concert ... we very pleased with the oversized seating and sight lines, and the friendliness of the wait staff

Responsiveness of staff and ease of use.

The quick responses were huge for me. Brian and Hannah communicated quickly and the transactions were quick and easy. Not a big deal but my least favorite part of the transaction was that when getting the parking passes transferred I wasn't able to secure the VIP lot pass for black car service which my group and I always take. I was able to reach out to my contact with the Raiders/Allegiant Stadium and get a VIP lot pass added to my account so it worked out but I think a great addition to your service would be to have that added by the actual leaseholder when transferring their parking passes. They can receive those from the stadium. Regular parking passes don't allow black car service to enter so if you don't have that you technically have to get dropped off on the street instead of being allowed into the lot. This is how it is at Allegiant Stadium and may not be the policy at other stadiums.
